Agico - A Meat Free Zone

Once you enter Agico, you know you are entering a meat free zone.  The vegetarian restaurant was started by a vegetarian family and they believe there are other people out there who wish that animals should not be killed for the meat.  We were entertained in this food tasting event by owner Grizel Co and her mother.  The owners also have a pearl business and that can be seen by the things that are displayed at the lobby of the restaurant.

Takoyaki (P158)

Philadelphia Torch Maki (P238)

Cocoa Rock Salt (P100)

Wintermelon Milk Tea (P90)

I was ecstatic when I found out they have healthy versions of Wintermelon Milk Tea and Cocoa with Rock Salt and Cheese.  I am a milk tea lover so I did not hesitate ordering these drinks when I saw them on the menu.

Bacon Mushroom Burger (P276)

I love it how you can't really see the difference between a regular burger and their vegan burger.  They really taste the same and it was like I was eating a regular bacon mushroom burger but in reality, it was guilt free.

Spicy Karaage Ramen (P258)

Beef Ramen (P209)

Katsudon (P246)

  Fish with Tausi (P246)

For their rice meals, you can choose to eat them with japanese rice or with brown rice.

.

Pinoy Best Burger (P266)

Bananayaki (P136)

For their version of banana crepe, they used dairy ice cream but you also have the version of switching that to a healthy version.  We all enjoyed our dinner at Agico and I would certainly come back if their place was not hard to find.

TAKOYAKI my favorite, I have my first bite of Tokoyaki at SM FAIRVIEW but not in this establishment. It's my first time to hear about Agico. This is a good place to all vegetarian out there.

Wah I think I can open up the same type of restaurant in the future with my mom. She has been a cook for vegetarian recipes and delights for over 20 years and our food at home are not ordinary vege meals as well (just like those varieties in Agico). :D
