Ilang ilang, anyone?

There is no better way to celebrate an anniversary with my beloved than with a dinner date at Cafe Ilang Ilang.  Almost all the food here are mouth watering which makes it worth the price of 2500 pesos per head.  The price would vary time to time but we came on a Thursday dinner.  We came around 6:30 PM so there was not much people but we were surprised at how full the place was around 8 PM despite the overwhelming price.  The quality of the food and service makes up for the steep price of the buffet though.

I spotted most of my favorites and I knew from the start, I won't be able to taste all of them.  I was right since I missed out on the beef stew which is not such a bad thing since there are a TON of choices in the buffet.  The buffet lives up to its name as one of the most popular buffets in the country.

I have never been so full in my life.  I tried to save my appetite but that obviously went out the window since I took numerous trips to the comfort room while in the middle of the buffet.

It will probably be a long time before I get back here.  However, just looking at these pictures I want to go back right now.  Of course, I am sure you would too.

5/5

Where is Cafe Ilang Ilang located? Wow, 2,500 pesos per head but from your photo I guess the price is all worth it.

The presentation of the food is good, although there are some here that still make me doubt whether the price of P2500/head is really worth it. I guess the only way to find out is to head over here and give this a try. Thanks for sharing this.

I miss buffets. I think 2500/head is expensive, but maybe the food is really good.
